We all know products can transform our lives. If you’re a techie, perhaps you speak of your life in “pre-iPhone” and “post-iPhone” terms. And while we may say the products and brands in our daily lives may “transform” us, we are of course speaking figuratively. That is unless you are part of a recent crop of brands who’s television commercials show how their products can transform us – literally.
We’ve blogged in the past about brand identities that look the same in our Similarities Between Logos post. Discovering those similarities are a bit more transparent since you can compare them side by side. It’s also no secret that many television ads out there are influenced by each other (see our blog on this here), but the below spots have come out so close to one another, we won’t point the finger at one or the other for being a copycat, we’ll simply ask: Who does it better?
